Wildflower Ring — Size 8.5

This one-of-a-kind ring features a new band design that began as a hand-drawn sketch—florals and leaves inspired by time spent wandering outside. I translated that drawing directly into metal using laser engraving, allowing the line-work to stay true to the original marks.

The result is a band that feels illustrative and detailed, while still holding onto the organic, imperfect quality of a drawing. The pattern wraps all the way around, adding texture, depth, and a sense of movement to the piece.

Set in the center is a vibrant Sonoran Gold Turquoise, known for its mix of blues, greens, and warm golden matrix—each stone completely one-of-a-kind.

About the stone:

Sonoran Gold Turquoise is mined in northern Mexico and is known for its unique formation in clay deposits, giving it its signature blend of bright greens, blues, and golden tones. Its color variation feels earthy and alive—like a landscape captured in stone.

This ring brings together two parts of my process—drawing and metalsmithing—capturing both in a single piece. A small, wearable translation of something first created while wandering outside.
