Shipping Policy

All orders will be shipped out within 3 business days from the date of purchase.  (But typically they are shipped out within 24 hours)

Products that are “made-to-order” will be shipped within 10 days from the date of purchase.  This allows time for the fabrication of your piece.

A notification via email will be sent to you when your package has been shipped along with your tracking number.

I put shipping insurance on all orders over $100 for the amount of the purchase. If you would like a signature confirmation upon delivery please email using the contact page.  SkyJune Designs is not responsible for items lost, damaged or stolen while in transit.

If you have questions or concerns about shipping or need expedited shipping please send an email using the contact page.

Returns & Repairs

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact SkyJune Designs via the contact page within 7 days of receiving your order.  All returns must be sent back unworn and in their original condition.  Shipping costs can not be refunded.

Special orders, custom designs, and international orders are final sales and cannot be returned.

Please use the contact page to make a repair request for your SkyJune jewelry.  I am always happy to repair pieces that I created, but I will not do repairs on jewelry made by other artists.  Each repair is unique, charges may apply for additional materials and labor.  Customers are responsible for shipping fees.

Special Orders & Custom Designs

Special orders are alterations to products that are already made.  Examples include change in ring size, change in finish (high polish, matte, tarnished), or different chain length.  If there is a product you would like that is sold out, I may be able to recreate a similar piece if you email me via the contact page.

Please allow up to 10 days for creation or alteration of your special order before shipping.

Custom designs are products that are created from scratch, a collaboration between SkyJune Designs and the customer.

Special orders and custom design orders are final sales and can not be returned.

If you're thinking about buying a ring, but don't know your size, just send me a message on the contact page. I have a ring sizer that I can mail to you for free!

If you live in the Flagstaff area we can meet up and I can size you. And if you ever see me at a market or show, just ask and I am happy to help you figure it out.

Rings can typically be resized up to ¼ - ½ size bigger than the listed size.  If you would like a ring but don’t see it listed in the size you are looking for, please email SkyJune Designs using the contact page.  I am happy to create a special order for you and recreate a similar ring in your size.

Do you dream about jewelry designs or have an idea for a piece of jewelry that you would love to have made?  I am happy to create a collaborative design with you for that special someone or even a gift for yourself, you deserve it!

1) Inquiry: Send an email to SkyJune designs describing your idea with as much detail as possible.

2) Consultation: Set up a meeting to discuss your idea and start the collaborative creative process.

3) Design Time: I will draw out a few examples for you to review and approve.  You will receive stone and design options to choose from. From inquiry to the end of the design time this can take anywhere from 1 day to a few weeks depending on how complicated your design is or how quickly we are able to meet and make decisions.  Once the design is approved, there is a 50% non-refundable deposit that needs to be paid before the fabrication can start.  This deposit pays for materials and time spent creating the design for the piece.

4) Fabrication Time: I will take 2-3 weeks to bring your design to life.

5) Shipping: Once the piece is completed the customer will be notified and sent a photo of their piece.  At this time final payments and shipping payments are due before the product will be shipped out.

All custom design sales are final.

Jewelry Care

Sterling Silver naturally tarnishes from exposure to oxygen.  However, there are ways to keep your silver looking shiny and new.  The oils from your skin while you are wearing your jewelry is just one way that helps keep your jewelry from getting a dark tarnish.  You can also keep your jewelry in a ziplock bag or a jewelry pouch while you are not wearing it.  Avoid wearing your jewelry in hot tubs, hotsprings, and exposing them to lotions and perfumes.

Jewelry polishing cloths or dips are a great way to return your jewelry to a higher polish.  My favorite polishing cloth is the Sunshine cloth.  It is best to avoid dips with your jewelry that has gemstones, as some chemicals can sometimes discolor or destroy your stone.  For jewelry with gemstones you can try soaking your jewelry in warm water with a gentle dish soap and drying with a soft cloth.

Some pieces are purposely darkened/oxidized in specific areas to create contrast, bring out texture design and details.  Be careful when polishing your jewelry to not polish those areas.

Brass and Copper will naturally gain a patina over time.  This oxidation is a beautiful aged look, but if you don’t like it you can try a vinegar and lemon scrub or a salt and white vinegar scrub on your copper pieces, or a toothpaste cleaning on your brass jewelry.

You can also try a polishing cloth, my favorite one is the Sunshine cloth.
