Sonoran Gold Turquoise Center Stone

Inspired by the wild range of landscapes across Arizona, this ring series captures three distinct desert environments—each one entirely different, yet all within just a couple hours’ drive.

From North to South, the land transforms in a way that never stops amazing me. I set out to translate that feeling into metal—these rings are my interpretation of that shifting terrain. Each section of the design was hand-drawn before being brought to life in metal.

• High Desert – Kachina Peaks (Flagstaff)
  Cool air and the quiet presence of the mountains.
• Mid Desert – Cathedral Rock (Sedona)
  Iconic red rock formations shaped by time, light, and erosion.
• Low Desert – Saguaro & Prickly Pear (Southern AZ)
  Sun-soaked, resilient, and unmistakably Arizona.

Sonoran Gold Turquoise comes from northern Mexico and is known for its beautiful range of colors—often blending greens, blues, and warm golden tones in the same stone. That variation gives each piece a really natural, earthy feel that fits perfectly with the desert landscape.

I chose turquoise for this series because it simply felt right. It brings color, depth, and a sense of place that ties each ring back to the Southwest.

Each ring in this series is one-of-a-kind—just like the landscapes that inspired it.
